City Hall has presented a plan for a complete renovation of the Melecon in Rocky Point
(Puerto Penasco) Mexico! Renovation will began in May 2010, after the current busy season
comes to an end. The plan is to make the Malecon a place where tourists can stroll from
there favorite shop, restaurant, or bar easily. The Malecon will have attractive and scenic
walkways. Downtown will be “Redesign of the Urban Image of the Port and Malecon”
The Malecon, “fish market” is already a popular location for many visitors and locals, to have this
