City Hall and the Municipal Institute for the Youth are hosting The First Chess Tournament on Sunday, Decmber 2, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The tournament is open to the public. They will have prizes for first, second, and third places. Rocky Point has some very good chess players. Registration is free so we hope that all can turn out and make this first year a success!!!
